I understand that you might want to put a picture of a whole team for motivation and team-building purposes on your boards. But you can&#039;t do much more with a single team picture, so you would lose all the other advantages and uses for team pictures that I described in the article. I am tinkering with moving away from prisoner-style mugshots to more natural pictures of people, preferrably taken outdoors. I think that might improve things a little. Do you happen to have a picture of your team panels? I would love to see it.

One rule we have is that the picture should not be made of individual mugshots put together, but that it should be a picture of the GROUP standing together. (That&#039;s a way to make sure the team has met at least once :)</description>
